Deeper into the BS Closet

A theme of some recent coaching calls has been when it's appropriate to force ourselves into doing things out minds just don't understand. I head back into the BS closet to explore the topic and some ways to make BS seem, well, less BS-y. Warning, I actually say the BS word quite a few times.
