Sometimes you just need a one-time session to work through a specific issue, help with a decision, or get through a tough time. Instant Coaching meet this need without a recurring commitment. Many times these sessions can be scheduled on the same day!

Extended Hours

I offer times in the evenings during the week to match your busy schedule.

Great for former clients

If you've been coached before and find yourself in a situation where you know coaching would help, Instant Coaching is for you. While this option is priced higher than my package offers, it does come with the ability to book a session within two hours, based on availability.

Customized

Choose the session length that works best for you. A 25-minute “laser coaching” session is great for times you need to make a quick decision. The extended, 75-minute session is there for when you have a lot to process.
